Frequently asked questions
Do you work with RTOs based in Sydney?
Yes. We support Sydney and NSW training providers remotely and on site when an audit or review needs it. Most scoping, document review and reporting is done online.
Which regulator applies to my RTO?
NSW RTOs are regulated by ASQA (the Australian Skills Quality Authority). CRICOS providers are also regulated by ASQA under the ESOS framework.
How long does an internal audit take?
A desktop audit typically takes just over 1 week and a full audit just over 2 weeks, from commencement to the final report.
What Standards do you audit against?
The Standards for RTOs 2025 and the VET Quality Framework, plus the National Code 2018 for CRICOS providers.
