RTO Recruitment — FAQs

What credentials must a VET trainer hold?+

Currently the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent/higher), vocational competency to at least the level being delivered, and demonstrable industry currency.

Can you place contract trainers?+

Yes. We place permanent, fixed-term and short-engagement contract trainers and assessors across most training packages.

What's your replacement guarantee?+

For permanent placements, we replace at no fee if a placement leaves within 90 days for performance or fit reasons.

Do you place compliance and operations staff too?+
