ASQA issued a Notice of Findings citing 9 non-compliances spanning marketing, validation, assessment integrity and trainer currency. The 20 business-day rectification window had already started; the RTO had no internal compliance lead.
Within 48 hours we mapped every finding to the Standards clause, drafted a single integrated rectification plan, and split the work across our team and theirs. We rebuilt validation evidence, ran a sample re-assessment, updated trainer files and produced an auditor-grade response document with a full evidence index.
Response submitted to ASQA on day 18. All 9 findings accepted as rectified; no conditions imposed. The RTO retained funding contracts and avoided cancellation listing.
